Price

The prices in the shop are shown in CHF.

With an order value of 140fr, shipping is included in the price.

The prices in the shop include VAT.

Payment

It is possible to pay via PayPal or credit card.

If you would like to pay via Twint, you are welcome to contact me via email.

The dispatch takes place 2-4 working days after receipt of payment.

The pieces of jewelry are sent by registered mail or with A-plus and are therefore insured.

For Germany and other countries, the jewelery is sent by registered mail.

Return

A return is only possible if the goods show no signs of use. Goods that are not made to measure can generally be exchanged. The exchange of custom-made products is not possible, but you have the right to have any defects rectified. I accept the return of the goods within 7 days, stating the reasons. The item must be unused and in perfect condition. The purchase amount will be reimbursed minus the expenses incurred for shipping.

Defects / exchanges

As a buyer, you are obliged to check the goods upon receipt and report any defects immediately upon receipt of the shipment. In the case of justified complaints, the customer is entitled to one of the statutory warranty claims of my choice (return, reduction, replacement delivery). The postage for any return, for the purpose of exchanging or remedying the defects, is your responsibility as the buyer.
